Swedish Massage is a very popular oil massage that is well known for its ability to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, relieving muscle tension, and increasing circulation. When you reduce your stress, you increase your body's ability to heal itself.
Reiki is a ancient technique that is generally used to reduce stress and promote relaxation thereby triggering the body's innate healing system. It is based on the belief that life force energy flows through us and is what give us life. Reiki is administered by the therapist holding her hands 1-2 inches above the bodies chakra centers and allowing life force energy to flow through her, to the recipient. If your "life force energy" is depleted, then we are more likely to get sick. If your "life force energy" is high, we are more capable of being in an optimum state of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health. This mini treatment will cover all of the main chakra centers on the front of the body only. This Mini Reiki Treatment will only cover the 7 main chakras on the front of the body.

An additional 30 minutes for the set up and 15-30 minutes for the take down of my equipment so that i dont use any of your precious treatment time. Your session will be automatically scheduled for 2.5 hours of time, to allow for this.
