Grand Re-Opening

This time is almost here!! Time to get back to work! Refresh Bodywork will have booking times available as of October 2019! My baby is starting Kindergarten, so I will be working around her school schedule for the next couple of years.

Appointments for individuals will be available from Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm.

Bookings for Corporate Massage & Event Massage will be available outside of my regular business hours, but will require a minimum booking of 3 hours.

For those of you who are not familiar with me or my services, prior to my extended maternity and parenting leave, I offered my services at the Core Chiropractic (now known as The Core Center of Health). Prior to joining the lovely staff at The Core, I owned and operated a healing studio called Transcendence Wellness Center. I am so excited to get back to work to see all of my old clients, and meet many more new ones.
