Swedish Relaxation Massage is the most commonly offered and best known type of massage used today. It is a full body (non-sexual) massage of medium pressure. The main purpose of Swedish Relaxation Massage is to enhance oxygen flow in the blood and reduce muscle tension. It is specifically designed to induce relaxation, and improve physical and mental health.

- Mobile Service Rates Listed are for Kelowna Residents ONLY.
- Mobile Services are available to the following area with limitations: West Kelowna & Lake Country. Extra fees and mileage will be charged. Please inquire prior to purchase to avoid surprises and disappointment.
- Locations must be accessible via 2 wheel drive car.
- I require a (preferably) quiet and private space such as a living room, bonus room, or weather permitting a covered outdoor area, approx. 6'×10′, enough room for my massage table and room for me to move around it.
GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Gift Gertificates are Non-refundable and are Not Redeemable for Cash.
- Gift Certificates do not expire.
- Gift Certificates may be transfered to someone else to use if the recipient is unable to use it.
- Substitutions may be available for treatments of the same value, but you must let me know when scheduling your appointment
- You must mention the gift certificate number, when scheduling the apppointment to redeem it.
- Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of service.
- GST will be added at checkout.

If you choose a hard copy format Gift Certificate it will be mailed to the recipient, via Canada Post. You can choose Regular Letter mail for $5, or Express Post for a $20 s&h fee.
Gift Certificates shipped via Regular letter mail method will be mailed out within 48 hours of purchase on business days (Tuesday - Friday). If you have purchased a gift certificate outside of business hours it will be shipped out the next business day.Need a gift certificate to reach its recipient quickly? You have 2 options:1. Choose an email format gift certificate from the choices listed. It will be emailed to the recipient free of charge. The recipient simply needs to provide their Certificate number when booking thier appointment.2. Express Post shipping is available via Canada Post for a $20 shipping & handling fee. Gift Certificates will be shipped out within 24 hours of payment being received (during Canada Post business hours Monday-Friday). They should arrive within 2 business days of being shipped. Any gift certificate purchased before 2pm on a business day with "Express" shipping will be processed and sent that same day. Please select the "Express" shipping option at checkout.
I will do my best to accommodate your needs to get your gift certificate mailed out as soon as possible. This will also be dependent upon Canada Post hours of operation. Please be advised that Canada Post is not opened on Statutory Holidays and does not deliver mail on weekends. Please check Canada post website for shipping times to the recipients location. I will not be held responsible for Canada Post not delivering the gift certificate within their suggested timeframes.An additional 30 minutes for the set up and 15-30 minutes for the take down of my equipment so that i dont use any of your precious treatment time. Your session will be automatically scheduled for 2.5 hours of time, to allow for this.

Swedish Relaxation Massage should not be given to anyone with the following physical disorders or conditions:
- nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
- fever
- broken bones, fractures , dislocations, or severe sprains
- contagious diseases
- open or unhealed sores or wounds
- body areas that are inflamed, swollen or bruised
- varicose veins
- recent surgery
- severe pain
- jaundice
- frostbite
- kidney disease
- large hernias
- hemorrhaging
- torn ligaments, tendons, or muscles
- high blood pressure or heart problems
- certain kinds of cancer (Must have doctors clearance)
- history of phlebitis or thrombosis (These patients may have blood clots that may become dislodged and travel to the lungs, with potentially fatal results.)
- drug treatment with blood thinners (These medications increase the risk of bleeding under the skin.)
