This Gift Certificate is for one mobile 2 hour session, for one person, consisting of 60 minute Reiki treatment, immediately followed by 60 minutes of Reflexology, at your location within Kelowna, British Columbia.
Reiki is a safe, gentle, ancient healing technique that is generally used to reduce stress, relieve pain, and promote relaxation thereby triggering the body's innate healing system. It is based on the belief that life force energy flows through us and is what give us life. Reiki is administered by the therapist holding her hands 1-2 inches above the bodies chakra centers and allowing life force energy to flow through her, to the recipient. If your life force energy is depleted, then we are more likely to get sick. If your life force energy is high, we are more capable of being in an optimum state of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.
Reflexology is a holistic, complimentary healing therapy which works on the whole person from inside out, working beyond physical symptoms straight to their source within the body. Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex areas in the feet and/or hands correspond to all of the various organs, glands, and systems of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can relieve internal stresses and tension from all parts, glands and organs, aiding the natural healing processes and, thereby, restoring balance.
Reflexology & Reiki 2 hr Gift Certificate
An additional 30 minutes for the set up and 15-30 minutes for the take down of my equipment so that i dont use any of your precious treatment time. Your session will be automatically scheduled for 3 hours of time, to allow for this.
