Take Control Of Your Health, One Meal at a Time.

It really is true that you are what you eat. Your diet; whether it is good or it is bad, is affecting your health more than you may know.

A diet filled with processed, chemical laden, nutrient lacking foods, can (and eventually will) lead to poor health. You will feel tired and run down, you will get sick easily, and you may even suffer from poor mental health. A diet lacking in essential nutrients such as Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Amino Acids and certain vitamins (especially B9, B12 & D), minerals (magnesium & zinc) and probiotics, has been known to contribute to mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and ADHD.

A healthy diet is imperative for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The easiest way to improve your diet is to fill your fridge with healthy, fresh, nutritious foods for preparing your meals and snacks.

Here is a link to a fabulous article that will help you fill your fridge with nutritious food. It written by Karlene Karst, a well known nutritionist.
