Papayas are the superstar of this smoothie. If you’re new to papaya, then meet your skin and stomach’s new best friend. Papayas are extremely alkaline, meaning they lower acidity and inflammation in the skin and body. They also have your 100% of your daily values of vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene. This smoothie will leave your skin glowing and help slim you down naturally.
