Papayas are the superstar of this smoothie. If you’re new to papaya, then meet your skin and stomach’s new best friend. Papayas are extremely alkaline, meaning they lower acidity and inflammation in the skin and body. They contain natural enzymes that aid digestion and relieve stomach pains such as constipation, gas and bloating. They also have your 100% of your daily values of vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene. This smoothie will leave your skin glowing and help slim you down naturally. It also is very filling due to the avocado used, which also makes this extremely nourishing. The fats in avocados help your body absorb the nutrients in the papaya.
