Throat Chakra
Location: Throat
Organs: Throat, Mouth, and Thyroid
Imbalanced state: (Excess) Arrogance, Self-righteousness, Excessive talking (Deficient) Scared, Timid, Shy, Inconsistent, Unreliable, Manipulative, Affraid of Sex.
Physical disorders: Exhaustion, Digestive & weight problems, Thyroid problems, Sore Throats, Throat Infections, Neck Pain.
When balanced: The whole jaw area loosens up & there is a desire to make facial & vocal expressions. You can say what you need, what you like & how you want things to be. Heart Chakra
Location: In the center of the chest.
Organs: Heart, Lungs, Thymus gland, Lymph nodes/glands.
Imbalance state: (Excess) Demanding, Over-critical, Possessive, Moody, Depressed, Master of conditional love. (Deficient) Paranoia, Indecisiveness, A desire to hang onto objects or people, Fear of rejection.
Physical disorders: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Lung Disease, Asthma.
When Balanced: There is often a release of sadness through tears, together with an accompanying sense of relief, followed by expansive feelings of laughter and joy, opening doors for understanding, compassion, self appreciation, wholeness and gratitude. Solar Plexus Chakra
Location: Below center of rib cage.
Organs: Digestive system, Liver, Gallbladder.
Imbalanced state: (Excess) Judgemental, a workaholic, a perfectionist & resentful of authority (Deficient) Depressed, Insecure & Lacking confidence. Poor Digestion.
